    We employ an investment strategy targeting value-add opportunities and new development based on demographic trends that we believe provide stable, long-term opportunities.


    We challenge our assumptions and seek downside protection while ensuring that an opportunity exists to add value through new development or the re-capitalization or operational improvement of existing assets.


    Once our idea set is refined and analyzed, we seek and acquire existing assets meeting criteria or develop when suitable assets do not exist or better performance is created through development in a given market.


    Close observation of predicted vs. actual performance leads to further idea refinement and market knowledge that offers strategic advantage over the long run.


We love Tulsa. Running the River Parks trails. Catching a concert at the BOK Center with our families. Stopping in at Hodges Bend for a hand crafted cocktail and great conversation. The fabric of Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma is as strong as ever and we are adding to this patchwork as a steward of the community. We are advocates of New Urbanism – an urban design movement which promotes environmentally friendly habits by creating dense, walkable neighborhoods and a wide range of housing and job types. We're active members of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

With our background in property management, we constantly ask ourselves: What can we do to provide the best built environments for our residents and the communities in which they reside? The Tulsa metro area is more than ever a place where people want to live and work. That’s something special and we are proud to be part of the movement.


Our sister company is Home Finders Leasing and Management, a Tulsa property management firm in operation since 1998. Our experience as hands-on property managers gives us a unique perspective into the acquisition, development, and operation of real property. From an expert understanding of resident mindset to accurately forecasting long-term maintenance and capital needs, our property management team provides additional value to our investors and the community at large.
